CANADIAN FRONTIER's dam is the multiple graded stakes winning mare BORODISLEW who had 10 wins in France and North America earning $679,791 and earned stakes wins in the Chula Vista (G2), Hawthorne Hcp (G2), Lady's Secret H. (G3) and Prix de la Porte Maillot (G3). Borodislew competed against the very best of her generation and defeated star distaffers Jewel Princess, Lunar Spook and Urbane.

CANADIAN FRONTIER's first three dams are all graded stakes winner's and the depth of his female family should be exciting to breeders bringing in Seattle Slew and Nureyev.

CANADIAN FRONTIER will fit well with a great majority of the American broodmare gene pool. Mares from the Northern Dancer line should cross extremely well not only because of Gone West but because of the 5th generation infusion of Northern Dancer blood through Nureyev.
