SPREAD THE WORD: CANADIAN FRONTIER'S NO SUCH WORD TAKES THE GIII MONMOUTH OAKS!

GIII  $200,000 Monmouth Oaks
Monmouth Park  1 1/16

Having taken on many of her divisions toughest fillies, including a game victory over the talented Havre de Grace, Canadian Frontier's graded-stakes-winning 3yo No Such Word reminded the racing world she belongs in the conversation of the nation's top 3-year-old fillies with an impressive win in the GIII Monmouth Oaks.  Bet down to 6-5 by the betting public, the Cindy Jones trainee erased all doubts of the race's outcome with an authoratative move around the turn and was never fully pressed as she crossed the wire a length and a half in front of graded stakes winner Seeking The Title.

From Canadian Frontier's second crop, No Such Word demonstrates the quality her sire can produce despite being limited with smaller book sizes over the years- To date, he is the sire of nearly 9% stakes winners to runners.

NO SUCH WORD wins battle in Go For Wand Stakes.

Go For Wand Stakes, Delaware Park
1 1/16 miles

The winner of the G3 Honeybee S. at Oaklawn in March, No Such Word was third behind Blind Luck in the G2 Fantasy S. on April 2nd, then rallied to a second place in the G2 Black Eyed Susan on May 14th.  Patiently ridden at the back of the tightly bunched five-horse field as they strolled through a half in :50.37, she fanned out to the middle of the track to launch her bid at the top of the lane.  A prolonged duel with Havre de Grace made a race of it and No Such Word was on top to prevail at the wire.

The Cindy Jones trainee moves her earnings to $248,213 for owner/breeder Brereton Jones.

GRADED STAKES WINNER CANADIAN FRONTIER RETIRES TO AIRDRIE!

CANADIAN FRONTIER, a brilliantly fast son of GONE WEST enters stud at Airdrie in 2005 for a fee of $10,000 live foal guarantee.

Airdrie Stud announced today the purchase of triple stakes winner CANADIAN FRONTIER by Sire of Sires GONE WEST out of the multiple graded stakes winner BORODISLEW by SEATTLE SLEW.

Farm owner Brereton Jones said "I could not be more excited about having another brilliantly fast son of Gone West. Add to his brilliance the fact that his multiple graded dam is by Seattle Slew and that his first three dams are all Graded/Group stakes winners and I believe his chance for sire success is exceptionally strong."

A $325,000 Keeneland September yearling purchase by John Ferguson for Godolphin, Canadian Frontier made six trips between the United States and United Arab Emirates from 2000 to 2003 after which he entered stakes competition and showed the brilliance anticipated.  He annihilated a good field in the Bold Ruler Hcp G3 going 6 furlongs in 1:08 4/5. He won the $100,000 Teddy Drone Stakes in 1:09 and the Longfellow Stakes in 1:08 4/5. He won 6 of 13 starts and earned $253,239.
