TROUT RIVER RED broke her maiden at Arlington Park in early August and made herself a stakes filly in just her second try. Much the best here she won easily driving home to win by 5 3/4 from the favorite with the first three finishers stretched out by some 21 lengths. She becomes the 15th stakes horse for Indian Charlie in 2005.
