At last outing, Eugene’s Third Son, finished second by a neck in the G2 Lane’s End Stakes at Turfway Park. Next, he is expected to tackle the Arkansas Derby on April 12th, also a G2.
According to trainer Patick Byrne, the colt came out of the Lane’s End a little tired and feels he will make a move forward off of it.
A two-time winner in 4 starts, Eugene’s Third Son has earned $152,925. Bryne has planned a 5 furlong work for the colt at Churchill on Friday.
