Howick Falls was a last minute entry here after sustaining an injury in training and was sent off the second choice.

The dark bay colt came from off the pace and won convincingly going away by 3 1/2 lengths! He covered the 5f + 3 yards race in :58 2/5 on a tracked listed as good/firm. According to racingpost.co.uk, Howick Falls “…proved a class apart” from his competition.

Howick Falls joins East Bay who placed in the Three Chimneys Stakes at Churchill Downs earlier as Stormin Fever‘s second stakes horse.
