I’M THE TIGER made a return to racing exaclty a month ago, having been absent from the scene since October of 2004, just missing a win by 3/4 of a length in a $80,000 Allowance at Woodbine. Always a tough competitor he ran a super race here, at second longest odds, to post a second place finish against tough company and big names.
I’M THE TIGER stumbled and was bumped at the start but managed to hustle up outside to match pace with the winner, he pressed the pace through fractions of :21.3 and :43.4 and dug in gamely to earn the place.
