Five year old LAVA MAN now takes his talent show to Churchill Downs after defeating Brother Derek again this weekend at Santa Anita.  A dominating performer in all 7 starts during 2006 Lava Man remains undefeated for the year on the west coast but seeks to prove himself on the east coast.  Lava Man will travel to Kentucky to compete in the 2007 Breeders’ Cup Classic, a race that could mean Horse of the Year and/or Champion Older Horse for the son of Slew City Slew.
