LENDING A HAND: AIRDRIE LOWERS STUD FEES ON ALL STALLIONS STANDING BELOW $25,000 FOR 2009

In response to the thoroughbred market’s recent downturn and the nation’s difficult economic climate, Airdrie Stud is lowering stud fees for all stallions that stood for below $25,000 in 2008, regardless of their popularity or prospective book size.  Airdrie’s Brereton Jones believes it is this area of the market that is in most need of assistance, “We at Airdrie Stud recognize the difficulty of challenging financial markets.  We particularly recognize the difficulty for those who primarily breed to stallions below the $25,000 level. Therefore, we have lowered our stud fees on all of our stallions in this group regardless of their popularity.”  As always, Airdrie invites all breeders to call our office at (859) 873-7270 or email us through this website with any and all questions you may have for the upcoming breeding season.
