Stormin Fever Has First Winner in the UK!

On May 22nd, in a 5-furlong contest, Howick Falls (out of the Roanoke mare, Hollins) displayed his competitiveness by a length win over 6 rivals.

As reported in the Racing Post, the colt stood out in the paddock before the race. Although he took some time to focus on the task at hand, he won nicely and should improve from this experience.

Howick Falls is owned by Sheikh Mohammed and was bred in Kentucky by Brereton C. Jones. The colt was a $70,000 Fasig-Tipton July sale yearling.

Stormin Fever‘s first winner in North America was East Bay at Keeneland in April, who went on to finish 3rd against the boys in the Three Chimneys Juvenile Stakes at Churchill Downs on May 3rd!
